• Provide advertising-management, analytics, reporting and optimization services requested by a client.
• Authenticate and maintain authorized integrations with Google and Meta.
• Identify campaigns, assets and performance issues relevant to the client engagement.
• Create, update, pause or otherwise manage advertising objects when this is within the client’s authorized scope.
• Maintain security, operational logs and evidence needed to protect accounts and troubleshoot integrations.
• Meet applicable legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

4. Authorization and access

HOTTTdesign accesses advertising-platform data only when the relevant account holder or business has granted the required authorization or asset access. Platform permissions remain controlled by Google, Meta and the relevant account or business administrators. Access can be revoked through the platform’s own account or business settings.

5. Sharing and service providers

HOTTTdesign may use infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics or professional service providers when reasonably required to deliver or protect the service. Data is not disclosed to unrelated third parties for their own advertising purposes. Where processing by a service provider is required, access should be limited to what is necessary for that service.

6. Retention

HOTTTdesign retains client and platform data only for as long as reasonably required for the authorized service, security, legal, accounting or contractual purposes. When access is revoked or a valid deletion request is completed, eligible locally held platform data is deleted or anonymized as appropriate, subject to obligations that require limited records to be retained.

7. Security

HOTTTdesign uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including restricted access, secure credential handling, encrypted transport where supported, operational logging and access revocation. Access tokens, private keys and app secrets are not intended to be exposed publicly.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and your relationship with HOTTTdesign, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a consent where consent is the applicable basis. You can also revoke platform access directly in Google or Meta account/business settings.

9. International processing

Digital services and platform providers may process data in more than one country. Where applicable, HOTTTdesign seeks to use appropriate contractual, technical or organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.

10. Changes to this Policy

HOTTTdesign may update this Policy when services, integrations, legal requirements or platform rules change. The current version will be published at hotttdesign.com/privacy-policy with its update date.
